A PLACE WHICH SAW THE END OF MV JUPITER AND MV JUNO, earlier this year.

MV SATURN NEAR END OF SEASON.

The MV SATURN, built for the WemyssBay Rothesay service in 1978,

Is nearing the end of her CALEDONIAN MACBRAYNE/CMAL career, at Ardrossan, on Arran relief sailings.

These are due to end on AUGUST 27TH, 2011.

She is supposed to be relieving on the Bute Highland Games Saturday, and at the Cowal Games.

She was built at AILSA, TROON.                                                                      h.

TURBINE STEAMER QUEEN MARY IN THE NEWS.- 08/08/2011.

The Clyde steamer, Queen Mary, 1933, has come on the market for sale.

We are hoping she can be brought back to Glasgow, and berthed at the ,

New Riverside Museum, as a Star Attraction.

She has been on the pages of the Buteman, Glasgow Herald and Evening Times.
